  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Sakura syrup
  • 2 tsps Sakura powder
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust according to taste)
  • Cherry Blossom Leaf for Garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Gelatin:  In a saucepan, combine the water and gelatin.  Heat over medium heat until the water is warm.Once the gelatin is dissolved, lower the heat and add the Sakura syrup, Sakura powder, and sugar. Stir until everything is well mixed and the sugar is dissolved.

    Set the Gelatin:  Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours or until fully set.
