Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shiso leaves
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet gelatin (about 2 1/2 teaspoons)

Instructions:

  • Wash the shiso leaves thoroughly and remove any stems or tough parts.

  • Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the shiso water into a clean bowl. Discard the leaves.
