  • 6 quail eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 300g mild Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
